Returns Policy

Dec-Iron does not accept returns and gives no refunds. Custom-made products are non-returnable.

• Defective product: Dec-Iron replaces it with the correct one promptly. No refund.
• Wrong product shipped: Dec-Iron sends the right product at no extra cost to you.
• Damaged in shipping: see Incorrect or Damaged Shipments below.

To report a defective or wrong product, contact us with your order number, the details and photographs.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. For international or offshore customers, we can arrange delivery to a U.S. port of your choice.

Shipping is not free. Shipping costs are estimated at checkout based on the products and the delivery location; custom orders and special handling may cost more. Final shipping charges may be adjusted if the actual costs differ from the estimate: once the shipment is made, any balance is invoiced (freight changes by the forwarder, and services not included in the shipping, such as liftgate, delayed receipt or warehouse charges, reconsignment and others).

Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

• Wrong product shipped: contact us right away. Dec-Iron sends the right product at no extra cost to you.
• Damaged in shipping: when the freight is delivered, mark the damage as an exception with the carrier and send Dec-Iron photographs of the freight's condition, so that Dec-Iron can claim the cost of the repair or the replacement. You do not wait for FedEx to pay: once Dec-Iron has all the documentation needed, it immediately starts making the replacement, takes the product back to repair the damage, or, at its discretion, accepts the charges of a local repair.

Repairs by Third Parties

For repairs done locally, send clear digital photographs of the damage. Dec-Iron evaluates the issue, selects the repair contractor and authorizes reimbursement of the labor at fair local rates. You pay the contractor and send Dec-Iron the invoice for reimbursement.

Limitation of Liability

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is the only warranty that applies to Dec-Iron products. It replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. It does not cover damage from accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse, or products outside the continental United States. Full terms: Warranty.
